We are a warranty house for many bicycle manufacturers in the states, which includes re- working carbon frames.
This process is very time consuming and is all hand sanded down of the old paint and decals before the new can be applied.
When we do carbons, I need to have an idea what your design will be, if it is one color or more? How much carbon is showing thru?

STarting price for most one- color paint jobs start at $450.00. Process can take up to 2 months or more. So please do your carbon frames when it is your off season or if you have a second bike for awhile. All other questions you can email me at leeanng@classactpp.com

This Cruiz-in started out to be a Customer Appreciation Party for all our Customers. This was the first year, and I wanted Customers to bring their projects Class Act have done. It was so popular, Class Act Customers are calling early to make sure we are having a Cruiz-en II in August again. Of course we are!!! Get your projects ready and come see the show!!

NOTE ON ALUMINUM WHEELS::::
Most aluminum wheels that are being made in the year 2000 has an epoxy coating under the color and clear. This is a good durable primer, but cannot with stand the 400 degrees for powder coating. Sand Blasting will destroy the aluminum. Recommended to have them liquid stripped before powder coating. Prices are a little higher due to this procedure.
Also be aware of plastic bolts on the outer rims as well as center caps.
